- Identifying training needs for economic operators.
- The capacity of strong and targeted communication at an international level.
- Understanding customs mechanisms, goals and challenges for Customs and future international trade operation.
- Research and subsequently creation and development of training courses matching the needs and focussed on best practices to enhance Customs-private sector partnership and reach a greater compliance with international customs rules and standards.
- Continued organisation of high-level seminars and training programmes on current themes related to customs operation, on the following subjects : (Harmonised System, Customs Valuation, Rules of Origins, Data Model, Counterfeiting, Safety and Facilitation).
